1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged product.
You received a defective product.
You received the wrong product.
The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Important Requirement for Claims
For any claim related to:

Missing Product
Empty Package
Wrong Product
Leaked Attar Bottle
You must provide a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Opened or used Attars
Opened Deo Sprays
Opened Bakhoor Products
Used Imama, Caps, Shawls or Wearable Items
Products purchased during Sale or Special Discount Offers
Customized or specially arranged products
Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
4. Conditions for Return
Product must be unused.
Product must be in original packaging.
All labels, tags and accessories must be intact.
Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.
6. Return Shipping
If the error is from our side (wrong, damaged, defective or missing product), return shipping charges will be borne by Abde Mustafa Store.
For any other approved return, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Abde Mustafa Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or operational reasons.
